IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I BUY ONLINE?
Online purchases can be carried out in France and all countries of the European Community.

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS SEEN ON THE PHOTO?
The pictures are of very high quality and display each product in detail. It is possible that you may find differences concerning products when the raw material and the manufacturing process affect the final result. This is particularly the case for craft products. On request, we can send you photos in high definition.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE TO PAY?
VISA, Mastercard and all other payment cards accepted by our bank.
All payments by credit or debit card are secured by PayPal. This system allows you to use your card whether you have a PayPal account or not. This is a new feature by PayPal that now accepts payments even if you do not have a Paypal account.
CAN I PAY WITH A CHECK?
Yes, by sending your check to: Mr Simon c/o Un Air de Voyage, 5 Rue Gustave Eiffel, 63800, Cournon. Your order will be shipped after receipt of your check (within 20 days).
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The delivery day will be specified during the registration of your order by mail or by phone but it takes approximately 10 to 15 business days from the time of payment to delivery if your product is in stock.
If your product is not immediately available, the delivery date will be specified when the product becomes available.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
This will depend on the category and the size of your purchase, the exact cost will be available once your order is in your shopping basket and before validation of your order.
DOES BYMRSIMON HAVE AN ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Yes, by calling our Cournon store on the 04.73.84.93.83 during opening hours, on Monday between 2pm and 7pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10am and 12pm, between 2pm and 7pm on Friday and between 10am and 7pm on Saturday.
